TRAVEL EXPENSES:

+ All bookings over 5 miles of SA62 4HS will be charged at 50p per mile 

+ All parking & toll charges will be liable to the client

PAYMENT TERMS:
+ Occasion Makeup or Bridal Trial bookings require a non-refundable £10 deposit to secure the appointment - failure to pay will result in the date being made available for another booking 

+ To secure a wedding date a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total balance must be paid within 5 days of the invoice being received - this will be deducted from the remaining balance due FOUR weeks before the wedding date

CANCELLATIONS:
+ If you choose to cancel your Occasion Makeup or Bridal Trial booking, please do so with 48 hours notice, any deposit paid to secure the appointment will not be refunded - if the cancellation is within 48 hours notice the full payment will be due

+ Wedding bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 50%, if the booking is cancelled at any time after the deposit has been paid it will not be refunded

​

+ If for the extremely unlikely event that I am unable to attend your bridal booking any monies paid up until the date will be refunded

RESPONSIBILITES: 

+ All bookings will be confirmed with an email including terms and conditions

+ Bookings times/dates will not be changed unless stated otherwise 

+ Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure that your appointment finishes on time 

+ If you arrive 15 minutes or more late to your appointment I will no longer be able to complete your appointment and you will be charged the full amount of your appointment cost
